If you have Dum Aloo ki sabzi with hot roti, then eating becomes a pleasure. Today I will tell you the recipe of making delicious Dum Aloo Shake at home just like in restaurants.
Ingredients for making Dum Aloo:
- 4-5 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 green chillies
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons curd
How to make Dum Aloo
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Boil them.
- Finely chop onion, tomato, green chilli and garlic.
- – Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Then add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add chopped green chilies, garlic and tomatoes and cook until soft.
- – Add potatoes and necessary spices and mix.
- – Then add curd and mix. Add salt and water and cook on low flame.
- Add garam masala powder and mix, garnish with green coriander. Serve with hot naan, roti or rice.
