Make restaurant-like Bhatura at home like this, note down the recipe

Everyone likes to eat Bhature, but when we make Bhature at home, they do not become soft like outside nor do they become puffy like outside. Today we are going to tell you the recipe to make market like Bhature at home.

Ingredients for making Bhatura:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon semolina

2 tbsp oil

4 tbsp curd

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

oil for frying)

Method

Mix flour and semolina. Now add salt, sugar, baking powder, curd and 2 tablespoons oil. Mix all these things well. Now add some water to this mixture and knead a soft dough. Cover this dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 3-4 hours. After 3-4 hours you will see that the dough has risen. Now knead the dough again. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls from each part. Take one portion, flatten it and then roll it into a round puri. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame. Now fry the Bhatura in oil, after a few seconds press it lightly with a ladle, this will make it puff up from the middle. Cook Bhature on medium flame till it turns golden brown. When Bhatura is fried, take it out. Serve hot bhature with chickpeas.
