Make Poha Idli for breakfast, note down the recipe!

Material:

1 cup crackers

1 1/2 cups rice semolina

1 cup curd

3/4 teaspoon fruit salt

salt as per taste

Method:

-First of all, take thick poha, put it in a mixer jar and grind it until it becomes powder.

-If using thin poha then adjust the quantity as per requirement.

– Now put the ground poha in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup curd in it. Mix well until the poha absorbs the curd well.

-Keep in mind that the poha mixture absorbs the curd well.

– After this process, add 1 1/2 cups of rice semolina to the mixture and mix well.

-If rice rava is not available then you can use semolina instead. – Now add 1 cup water and salt to the mixture and mix well.

-After this, keep the prepared mixture covered for half an hour.

– After the stipulated time, take the mixture and mix it again gently, making sure that the semolina has absorbed the water properly.

Then add half cup water to the mixture and mix well. Finally, add fruits and salt.

– Now grease the idli pot and pour the batter into it. Steam idli for 15 minutes.

-When the idlis are ready, take them out from the vessel and take them out in a serving dish.
