Ingredients for making Bhavnagar knots

- Water as per requirement.
How to make Bhavnagar knots

Add water, oil, asafoetida, baking soda in a bowl and mix everything well.

Now add gram flour, salt, black pepper, celery, asafoetida etc. in a bowl.

Now add water and oil in it, mix it and knead the dough and cover it and let it set for 15 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan and put a sieve on it and make balls.

Fry until the lumps turn brown and then take them out with the help of a colander. Delicious Bhavnagari Ngumatiya is ready, serve it hot with fried chillies.
