Ingredients for making Persian Puri:
wheat flour,
Salt,
chilli powder,
Coriander cumin powder,
Turmeric, cumin,
Spice,
Fenugreek seeds,
Ghee, oil.
How to Make Persian Puri
step 1
First of all, sift wheat flour in a bowl and add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, turmeric, white sesame seeds and salt and mix well.

Now, add some oil and water and prepare a hard dough and keep it covered for 30 minutes.

Now knead the dough again and make small balls and roll them into thin puri.
Step-4 –
