Ingredients for making Kachori
- 2-3 tbsp cheesy garlic mayo
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1½ cups flour
- salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- green chutney for serving
How to make Kachori
- – First of all, knead a stiff dough by mixing flour, salt and butter and keep it covered.
- – Heat a non-stick pan and spread butter in it. Fry cumin, ginger and green chilli.
- – Now add peas, salt, red chilli and garam masala powder and mix. – After cooking for some time, add potatoes and mix.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool and add cheesy garlic mayo and mix.
- – Now make a ball of dough, spread it a little, add the potato and pea mixture and cover it. Prepare it by rolling it a little.
- – Heat oil in a pan and fry the Kachori until it turns golden. – Serve ready Kachori with green chutney.
