Stuffed Paneer Kachori Recipe: Most of the people like Kachori. Kachori is made in different styles in every house. Today we will tell you the method of making Paneer Kachori. Kachori is also a delicious snack to eat with tea. Kachori is most liked in Uttar Pradesh.

Ingredients for making Kachori

  • 2-3 tbsp cheesy garlic mayo
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1½ cups flour
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • green chutney for serving

How to make Kachori

  • – First of all, knead a stiff dough by mixing flour, salt and butter and keep it covered.
  • – Heat a non-stick pan and spread butter in it. Fry cumin, ginger and green chilli.
  • – Now add peas, salt, red chilli and garam masala powder and mix. – After cooking for some time, add potatoes and mix.
  • Turn off the gas and let it cool and add cheesy garlic mayo and mix.
  • – Now make a ball of dough, spread it a little, add the potato and pea mixture and cover it. Prepare it by rolling it a little.
  • – Heat oil in a pan and fry the Kachori until it turns golden. – Serve ready Kachori with green chutney.
