Ingredients for making Paneer
- Two liters of milk
- Three teaspoons lemon juice
How to make Paneer
- Boil two liters of milk in a large pan.
- – Keep stirring the milk with the help of a spoon. When it boils, add lemon juice to it.
- – Add lemon juice to the milk and keep stirring, the milk will slowly start curdling.
- – Now spread a cotton cloth in a bhatia or brocade vessel. – Then pour this milk over it.
- Drain all the water. Then pour cold water on it to remove the sourness. Then drain all the water. Then tie it in a bundle.
- Then turn this vessel upside down and place a heavy plate or any other object on top of it and keep it for half an hour.
- Now open the bundle and take out the paneer in a plate and cut it into pieces with a chopper. So your paneer is ready.
