Material:
Betel leaves – some
Gulkand – 2 tbsp
Fennel – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – as per taste
Thandai powder – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Instruction:
Take some betel leaves and wash them thoroughly.
Add betel leaves, gulkand, fennel, sugar and thandai powder in a blender.
Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.
In a separate pan, heat milk until it boils.
– Add the prepared paste to boiling milk and stir well.
Let the mixture boil for a few minutes until it thickens.
Once done, let it cool to room temperature.
– Keep the pan thandai in the refrigerator for a few hours.
