Chutney Recipe: When we think of mountains, our attention first goes to the hills of Uttarakhand and Himachal. In summer, many people go hiking in the mountains. Material

  • 2 large raw mangoes
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 10 black peppers
  • a few mint leaves
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar/jaggery
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

How to make Raw Mango Mahani?

  • First, boil the raw mango on the gas for 10 minutes and then keep it in cold water for 10 minutes to cool.
  • – Then take out the pulp in a big bowl. – Then add 2 cups of water and take out the pulp of the seeds as well. Now keep it aside.
  • – Now in a mixer jar, add raw mango pulp, some mint leaves, 1-2 green chillies, 2-3 tbsp sugar/jaggery and 1 cup water.
  • Now blend it till it becomes smooth. Once blended, add it to the curry mixture along with water.
  • – Now place a pan on the gas and add 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon fennel, 1 teaspoon cumin, 10 black pepper and fry it and then make a coarse powder of it.
  • Now add this prepared masala to the mango mixture along with 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves. – Now mix all these ingredients and enjoy with rice or roti.
