Methi Bhaji Ingredients
- 3 cups green fenugreek leaves
- 10 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water
How to make Methi Bhaji Methi Bhaji Recipe
- Wash fenugreek leaves thoroughly and cut them.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and cumin seeds.
- – Now add chopped green fenugreek to it.
- Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
- – Add some water and let it cook for 7 minutes. Methi bhaji is ready.
