Ingredients for making Masala Bhindi
- half a kilo of ladyfinger
- 2-3 red or green chillies
- 3 tbsp oil
- Half teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon red chilli powder
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- Half teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 large onions finely chopped
How to make Masala Bhindi
- – First of all wash Bhindi with clean water, wipe it with a cloth and cut it in round or long shape.
- Chop onion, garlic and chilli finely and keep it on a plate.
- – Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic and chilli and fry it.
- – Now add chopped ladyfinger and fry on low flame while stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes.
- After 5-7 minutes, add onions, reduce the flame and keep stirring continuously.
- – When the ladyfinger is fried well, add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, a little garam masala powder and mix everything.
- When the ladyfinger is fried well with the spices, squeeze the juice of one and a half lemons into it and mix it.
- – After mixing the vegetables well, serve it with rice and roti.
