- Ingredients for making Malpua
- Wheat flour – 1 cup,
- Milk – 1-2 cups,
- Honey – 1-2 teaspoons,
- Ghee 1-2 cups,
- Sugar – 1-2 cups,
- Coconut – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Cardamom powder- 1-2 teaspoons,
- Finely chopped almonds and cashews for garnishing.
How to make Malpua
step 1
Mix wheat flour and milk in a vessel and keep it aside for an hour.
Step-2
After an hour, add honey, shredded coconut, sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. To thicken the solution, add some water and stir it well.
Step-3
Place the pan on low flame. – Add ghee in it and heat it. Take some batter in hot ghee and spread it in a round shape in the pan.
Step-4 –
Add ghee and spread it on both sides and cook well until it turns red. – Take out the Malpua in a serving plate and garnish it with almonds, pistachios and raisins.
