How to make Khatiya Dhokla?
- – First of all, put pulses and rice in a bowl and wash them with water two to three times.
- Then put pulses and rice in a bowl and add enough water to soak the pulses and rice.
- – Now make halwa by adding ginger, red chilli pieces and curd in the mixer.
- – Now add turmeric and salt to the cucumber and mix well.
- – Now keep water in a vessel for heating, take halwa in another vessel and add oil, vinegar and a little water to it and knead it well.
- Apply oil in the dhokla plate, put the halwa in it, sprinkle 1 teaspoon chilli on top, put it in the dhokla, close the lid and steam it for 15 minutes. Our Khatiya Dhokla is ready, you can serve it hot with ghee or chutney.
