Make Kathiawadi style whole onion vegetable like this, note down its simple recipe


Kathiawadi Akhi Dungri Nu Shaak Recipe: Different types of onion sake are made here. There is a different pleasure in making and eating whole onion shake in Kathiawadi style. So today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make whole onion shake in Kathiawadi style.

Ingredients to make Whole Onion Shaak

  • 1 big bowl small onion
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 dried grains
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 large bowl tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp dried coriander powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 black peppers
  • 1 teaspoon arthritis powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • Coriander as required
  • salt to taste

Method of making whole onion curry

  • – First of all, fry cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, dry coriander and fenugreek seeds.
  • When everything cools down, crush it.
  • – Heat oil in a pan and fry the cashews in it until they turn pink and take them out.
  • – After this add bay leaves, dry red chilli and add onion.
  • Add all the onions without cutting them and fry them well.
  • Make it caramel brown.
  • – Now mix the prepared spices well and add 1 tablespoon.
  • Then add raw tomato puree to it and add salt, dry coriander powder, red chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well.
  • Add some water to it and cook well until its color changes.
  • Then add white sesame seeds and ground peanuts in it.
  • – Now add granulated sugar powder to it, mix it and add fried cashews on top.
  • Then add jaggery and mix well.
  • – Add coriander over it.
  • Delicious Kathiawadi Whole Onion Shake is ready.
