How to make Kathiawadi style bhajiya
- First of all, put chopped green fenugreek, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped green onion, green coriander and green chilli in a big pan. Keep the quantity of garlic and onion less. Keep the quantity of fenugreek slightly more. So the taste of Bhajiya is exactly of Kathiawadi style.
- Take gram flour in it. – Then add salt and baking soda to it.
- – Now add water to it and mix well with hands. Mix it for two to three minutes.
- When everything is mixed well, add water again and make a crumble batter.
- Then heat the oil and take these pakodas in a big size and fry them till they turn golden.
