- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coriander and mint chutney
- chopped tomatoes
- 2 bread slices
- Chopped onion
How to make Chickpea Sandwich
- To make Kabuli Chana Sandwich, first you have to soak them overnight.
- Add some water and salt in the cooker and boil the chickpeas.
- Add chana, paneer, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt and lemon juice in a large bowl and mash the mixture well with a masher.
- – Roast the bread well on the pan, then spread the coriander and mint chutney on the bread slices.
- Add tomato pieces and onion pieces. Spread the chickpea and cheese mixture over it.
