- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup rava
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp fennel

– First of all, take flour and semolina in a vessel. Mix both well and add milk little by little. – Now prepare its paste. Make sure the paste is not too thin. At this time add cream and beat again. Keep the paste covered for 15 minutes. Now the dough is ready. Prepare the syrup. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a vessel. – After this add cardamom powder, saffron, fennel in it. This will improve the color and taste. Prepare stringless syrup for Malpua. – Now take a nonstick pan, heat ghee in it. Now, using the prepared flour, make small puri-sized malpuas in hot ghee with the help of a spoon. Malpua will drop the pen on its own. Turn it over – now fry it from the other side also. – Now let the Malpua brown from both the sides. – Now take it out from the pan. Remember to always cook Malpua on low flame. Its color will become golden brown. – Now dip it in the prepared syrup and take it out. When Malpua is ready, you can decorate it with dry fruits. – Serve the prepared Malpua hot.
