Material
- 100 grams fenugreek seeds
- 100 grams sesame seeds
- 1/2 liter milk
- 300 grams wheat flour
- 100 grams ghee
- 100 grams gum
- 40 almonds
- 300 grams jaggery
- 10 black peppers
- 2 tbsp dry ginger powder
- 2 cinnamon
- 2 nutmegs
Method of preparation
- First of all, roast the fenugreek seeds and when it cools down, grind it in a mixer.
- Soak ground fenugreek in hot milk for 5 hours.
- Now roast and grind white sesame seeds and grind almonds, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg.
- Put ghee in a pan and fry the soaked fenugreek on medium flame till it turns light brown.
- Then, fry the flour in ghee until it turns light brown.
- Add 1 spoon ghee in the pan and melt the jaggery.
- Add dry ginger powder, gum, chopped almonds, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom to the jaggery and mix well.
- After this, add roasted fenugreek, sesame seeds and roasted flour and mix well.
- Apply some ghee to your hands and shape the mixture into laddus of your choice.
- Keep the prepared laddus in the refrigerator to set for a while.
