- 1 bowl thick pava
- 500 grams milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 small bowl whole granulated sugar
- Cardamom
- Cashews – Almonds – Raisins – as required
How to make Doodh Pauwa (Ritu of making Doodh Pauwa)
- To make Doodh Pova, first heat the milk on gas.
- Take out the paua in a sieve and clean it with water.
- When the milk starts boiling, add sugar to it and let it boil for five minutes.
- – Then add paua in milk, mix and keep stirring.
- After ten minutes, when the paua thickens well, add cardamom powder and dry fruits to it, mix and let it swell a little.
- Take out the milk powder in a vessel and keep it covered with a thin cloth under the open sky in the moonlight.
