necessary ingredients:
– three tablespoons of oil
– Onions three (finely chopped)
– Garlic three tablespoons (finely chopped)
– green chillies six
– Coriander
– Garam Masala
– 6 cups green peas
– freshly ground black pepper
– fresh cream
– Lemon juice
– Water
You can prepare it by this method:
– Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic, green chilli and green coriander and fry.
Add green peas to it and cook.
– Now cool this mixture and make a soft paste in the mixer.
– Now add water to the pan and cook it once again.
– Now add black pepper, garam masala and carom seeds.
Finally add lemon juice to it and taste.
