Evening Snack Recipes : Monsoon has become active. In this rainy season, one often feels like eating hot pakoras. But many people get tired of eating gram flour pakoras. So to enjoy some different taste, you can try the recipe of potato and rice pakoras. In which gram flour is not used, yet it tastes more delicious and crispy than gram flour pakoras. So let's know how to make it.
Material
- Raw rice – 1 cup
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 to 4 green chillies
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
- 250 gms boiled potatoes
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
How to make Pakoras
- – Soak the rice in water for 1 to 2 hours.
- – After this, grind it in a mixer with ginger, green chillies, garlic cloves and some water.
- Take out this paste in a vessel.
- – Now add some water to the boiled potatoes in the mixer and grind them too.
- Add this paste to the rice paste and mix well.
- – Now add salt, cumin, chaat masala, a handful of freshly chopped coriander and mix.
- – Put the oil in a pan to heat.
- When the oil becomes hot enough, prepare pakodas from this batter with the help of a spoon or hands.
- Serve these pakoras with coriander-mint green chutney or tomato sauce.
- There is a different pleasure in eating these pakodas with ginger tea.
