necessary ingredients:
- Semolina and rice flour, two cups each
- eight tablespoons flour
- four pieces of ginger
- Oil
- two spoons mustard
- four spoons cumin
- Four green chillies and onions
- some curry leaves
- ten cups water/buttermilk
- two spoons black pepper powder
- a little coriander
- salt as per taste
You can prepare it like this:
Prepare a good mixture of semolina, rice flour, plain flour, green chillies, ginger, onion, green coriander and black pepper powder in a vessel.
– Now heat oil in a pan and sprinkle mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves in it.
– Now prepare a paste by mixing it with semolina mixture and adding salt and water/buttermilk as required.
– Now apply oil on a non-stick pan and rub it with onion pieces.
– After this spread the batter on it and cook the dosa.
Now you can taste it with coconut chutney.
