necessary ingredients:
- One kilo – grated fresh bottle gourd
- Four spoons – ghee
- One spoon cardamom powder
- One cup – copra powder
- One cup chopped dry fruits
- As per taste – Jaggery.
Make bottle gourd pudding like this:
– First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry the bottle gourd well in it.
– Heat water in a vessel and add jaggery in it.
– Now mix jaggery water in the gourd.
When the mixture becomes thick, add cardamom powder, copra powder and dry fruit pieces to it.
In this way your hot bottle gourd shahi halwa is ready.
