Material

  • 2 cups makhana
  • 1 tablespoon Desi Ghee
  • Coriander Chutney
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • boiled corn
  • sweet and sour sauce
  • Curd 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • Spice
  • chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup sev namkeen
  • Coriander
  • pomegranate seeds

  • To make Makhana Chaat, first put ghee in a pan and fry the makhana on low flame.
  • When the makhana is roasted, turn off the gas and leave it to cool. Till then make green chutney.
  • Prepare thick chutney of coriander, mint, garlic, salt, lemon and green chillies.
  • – Take out the makhana in a bowl, add sugar and curd and mix it.
  • – Now add chopped onion, tomato and boiled corn and mix well.
  • – Now mix all the spices like salt, red chili, chaat masala well.
  • Now add prepared green chutney and sev to makhana and mix.
  • Mix everything well and garnish it with pomegranate seeds and green coriander.
