- 2 cups makhana
- 1 tablespoon Desi Ghee
- Coriander Chutney
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped

- Curd 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- To make Makhana Chaat, first put ghee in a pan and fry the makhana on low flame.
- When the makhana is roasted, turn off the gas and leave it to cool. Till then make green chutney.
- Prepare thick chutney of coriander, mint, garlic, salt, lemon and green chillies.
- – Take out the makhana in a bowl, add sugar and curd and mix it.
- – Now add chopped onion, tomato and boiled corn and mix well.
- – Now mix all the spices like salt, red chili, chaat masala well.
- Now add prepared green chutney and sev to makhana and mix.
- Mix everything well and garnish it with pomegranate seeds and green coriander.
