necessary ingredients:
- Curd – eight cups
- Cumin powder (roasted) – eight spoons
- Black salt – four spoons
- Plain salt – as per taste
- Green chilli – two spoons
- Chopped mint leaves – one cup
- Green coriander leaves – one cup
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, add mint leaves, green coriander leaves, green chillies, one cup curd, cumin powder and black salt in a mixer jar and mix them. – Now grind it until it becomes smooth.
– Now add the remaining one and a half cup curd, plain salt and approximately water in a vessel and churn it with the help of a churner.
– Now add the prepared mixture into it.
In this way your masala becomes buttermilk.
