necessary ingredients:
Ripe bananas – ten
Semolina (rava) – four cups
Saffron – four pinches
Sugar – four cups
Cashew nuts – forty
Raisins – four tablespoons
Ghee – eight tablespoons
Cardamom powder – four spoons
Milk water mixture – ten cups
Prepare it in this manner:
– First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins in it.
– Now fry the semolina in the pan until it turns golden brown.
– Now add milk to water in a vessel, add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder and add mashed bananas in it.
– Now cook this banana mixture in a separate vessel.
– Now add semolina to it and cook.
Finally, garnish the halwa with cashew nuts and raisins and taste it.
