  • – First of all boil potatoes and peas.
  • – Now wash the poha and soak it in water for two minutes.
  • – Now separate the poha from water and mash it.
  • – Mix boiled potatoes, peas and flour in poha.
  • Add chaat masala, kasoori methi, coriander, cumin powder, green chilli and salt to this mixture and mix well.
  • – Now knead soft dough of this mixture.
  • If the mixture seems thin then add a little more wheat flour and mix well.
  • – Make small balls of dough and roll them like roti.
  • – Heat a non-stick pan or pan on gas.
  • Roast the Poha Paratha on low flame.
