If the roti has become too big then Gujarati mothers make Khakhar from it and if the rice has become too big then they make fried rice or add it to Khichdi. In this way, you can try new recipes including home-made dishes. Today we are going to tell you one such new recipe.

Famous chef Sanjeev Kapoor has shared the recipe of making Rice Kurkure on his social media platform. Which you notice immediately. Now whenever rice grows in the house, make a new dish for the child. Once baby gets the taste, he will ask you to make crisps every time he grows rice.

How to make Rice Kurkure Recipe

  • If rice is grown in your house then it is fine, otherwise you can make it. – Put this rice in the mixer and make a paste like mixture by adding half a cup of water.
  • Take out this paste in a big pan. Mix gram flour, corn flour, red chilli, turmeric, baking soda and salt in equal quantities and mix well.
  • After which add a little water to it and keep this paste aside for some time.
  • After a few minutes, mix this paste well again and put it in the pan.
  • – Now put oil in a pan and let it heat.
  • – Now press the mold and let the paste fall into the boiling oil.
  • – Now fry the paste until it becomes golden brown and crisp.
  • Place these crisps in absorbent paper and allow excess oil to drain.
  • – Now add chaat masala, citric acid and red chili powder and mix.
