In most of the houses, tea is enjoyed with potato and onion pakoras. But if you are bored of eating potato-onion pakoras, then you can try brinjal pakoras.
Brinjal is a vegetable that is easily found in everyone's home. Today, instead of Brinjal ki Sabzi, try Bhajiya. These pakoras are so crispy that once you eat them, you will keep eating them. Let's know the recipe of Brinjal Bhajiya..

- 1 large eggplant
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 whole red chillies
- Try 1/4 tsp
- a pinch of asafoetida
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- Oil for frying

- To make Brinjal Pakodas, wash the brinjal and cut it into round pieces.
- – Make a solution of gram flour in a bowl. – Mix rice flour, asafoetida, salt and celery well in it.
- – Now to give mountain sunshine, make a paste by mixing red chilli, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
- Mix this paste in gram flour and mix everything well.
- – Heat oil in a pan and fry the gram flour dipped pakoras.
- Now fry the brinjal pakoras till they become crispy and golden brown.
- Hot and crispy hill style brinjal pakodas are ready.
- You can eat these pakodas with tea in the rain.
