Coriander-coconut
Just like coriander chutney is made, you can also mix it with coconut chutney. This will change the taste of the sauce.

  • materials needed
  • grated coconut
  • gram and urad dal
  • Coriander
  • Green chilly
  • Ginger
  • salt to taste
  • Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • chilli powder
  • Sweet Neem
  • a pinch of asafoetida

  • – Add chana dal and urad dal in a pan. Fry both till they turn golden and aromatic.
  • – After this, turn off the gas and add cumin seeds on top.
  • – Now add roasted lentils, coconut, green coriander, green chillies, ginger and salt in the blender, then add some water.
  • Grind it well till the paste becomes thick.
  • – Now heat oil in a pan. – Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dried red chillies in hot oil.
  • When it starts crackling, add curry leaves and asafoetida. When the leaves are lightly roasted, add them to the chutney.
  • Your coriander coconut chutney is ready.
  • You can serve it with any vegetable or dal.
