Make children happy with Chinese Bhel on weekends, this is the way to make it!

necessary ingredients:

Boiled noodles – two bowls

Capsicum – 1 finely chopped

Carrots – 2 finely chopped

Soy sauce – three spoons

Cabbage – 2 cups

Schezwan Chutney – 2 tbsp

Onion – 2 cloves chopped

Garlic – eight cloves

Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon

Refined oil – for frying

Salt – as per taste

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, heat oil in a pan and fry the noodles on medium flame until they become crisp.

– Now add refined oil in the pan and fry the garlic in it.

– After this, fry all the vegetables in it for 5 minutes.

– After this add soya sauce, tomato sauce and Schezwan chutney and turn off the flame.

– Now add it to fried noodles and taste.
