Today we are going to tell you the method of making carrot kheer. You will like its taste very much in winter season. On the occasion of Basant Panchami, you can easily make it at home. Many things are added to it.
necessary ingredients:
- Carrot – 1.5 kg
- Ghee – three tablespoons
- Sugar – three tablespoons
- Raisins – thirty grams
- Cashew nuts – one cup
- Almonds- one cup
- Green cardamom – ten
- Almonds, pistachios, cashews, rose petals – for decoration
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, heat ghee in a pan and add grated carrots to it and cook.
– Now add sugar to it and cook.
– After this add milk to it and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes.
– Now add ground cardamom, raisins, cashews and almonds and cook.
– Finally, put the kheer in a vessel and decorate it by adding cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and rose petals.
Now you can taste this kheer.
