Make Arhar Dal from raw mango with this easy method!

necessary ingredients:

Arhar dal – four cups

Raw mango – two

Turmeric powder – two spoons

Chilli powder – two spoons

Cumin – two spoons

Salt – as per taste

Ghee – two tablespoons

Prepare it like this:

– First of all soak the pigeon pea pulses in water.

– Now peel and cut the raw mango.

– Now add water, raw mango, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and pulses in the cooker and cook till three whistles.

– Now heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin and whole red chilli in it.

– Now add tempering to the dal.

Finally add green coriander to it and taste it.
