Ingredients for making Potato Pakoras

First of all, grind soap granules and sesame seeds in a mixer jar. – Then take it out in a pan. – Then put two chopped potatoes, green chillies, coriander in the mixer jar and grind it.
Step-2
Now add all the above spices to the ground sabudana, potatoes, and sama and mix them well.
Step-3
Now make the batter by adding some water to it and cover it and let it set for 10 minutes.
Step-4
Now add fruit salt or baking soda, water and mix. Apply oil on a plate and pour the batter in it. Sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper powder on top and cook in steam of hot water on full flame.
Step-5 –
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, sweet neem, sesame seeds and garnish it on the dhokla.
