On Tuesday morning, due to fire in the transformer, the flames reached the first and third floors of the office. The services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam were completely disrupted due to the fire. Mobile became a toy in the hands of people. People remained worried as to why the network collapsed today. The broadband in the office also got destroyed. Officials said that it may take 3-4 days to start the services as the cables installed in the BSNL tower have also been badly burnt to ashes.
