Majhwan Assembly by-election: Second randomization of EVMs

Mirzapur, 02 November (HS). The second randomization of EVMs for the Majhwan Assembly by-election took place on Saturday under the chairmanship of General Observer Shravan Kumar Jatwath and District Election Officer Priyanka Niranjan at the NIC located at the Collectorate. Officials of various political parties were present in it.

Deputy District Election Officer Devendra Pratap Singh said that voting will be held on 13th November at 442 polling places and 262 polling centers of Majhwan Assembly. During this, Officer in-charge EVM Narendra Singh, Deputy District Magistrate Sadar and Returning Officer Gulab Chandra, Deputy Collector Bharat Lal Saroj, Liaisoning Officer Mewa Ram along with Ravi Shankar Pandey from BJP, Chandram Prasad from Samajwadi Party, District Vice President Saddam Raine and Pradeep Kumar from BSP. Tiwari, Ramchandra from Pragatisheel Manav Samaj Party, Anil Kumar Independent, Radhika Singh from Samaj Vikas Kranti Party, Prakash Chandra Maurya from Rashtriya Janmat Party etc. participated.
