A fake telephone exchange centre has been busted in Pune, Maharashtra. ATS has achieved a big success in Pune. During the raid by ATS, 3 thousand 788 SIM cards have been seized. Police has arrested the accused in the entire case.
The anti-terrorism team has taken a major action in Pune, Maharashtra. ATS raided a fake telephone exchange in Kondhwa area of Pune. During this, the team has seized 3 thousand 788 SIM cards, seven SIM boxes, a Wi-Fi antenna and a laptop used to operate the SIM box.
A fake telephone exchange center was set up by the Indian system to intercept international calls from abroad to India. In this operation, the police have detained 22-year-old Naushad Ahmed Siddhi.
Many revelations were made during interrogation of the accused
This unauthorized exchange center is running in the area of MA Complex in Mithanagar, Kondhwa. At present, the Anti-Terrorism Squad is investigating the matter and the police is interrogating Naushad who has been taken into custody.
