The Chief Election Commissioner said that we are setting a new gold standard. We do what we say. There was no incident of violence in the elections of Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana. Not a single stick was used, not a single bullet was fired. The decreasing violence and increasing voting percentage from election to election shows that people are increasing their participation. We appeal to the people to vote as much as possible in the Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections.

Voting will be held on Wayanad and Nanded seats on November 20.

Along with the announcement of the dates of Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections, the Election Commission has also announced the dates of by-elections for 47 assembly seats and 2 Lok Sabha seats in different states of the country. In which by-elections will be held on 47 assembly seats on November 13. Voting for the by-election on Kedarnath seat will be held on November 20. By-elections will be held on Wayanad (Kerala) and Nanded (Maharashtra) Lok Sabha seats on November 20.
