Madhya Pradesh: Vandalism with tribal woman, fear of murder after gang rape, police waiting for post -mortem and forensic report

Bhopal: The case of alleged gang rape of a tribal woman and the brutal murder of a tribal woman in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh has created a sensation in the area. The body of the woman has been recovered with serious injuries, which is feared to be excessive vandalism with her. The police have registered a case and started investigation and are waiting for the post -mortem and forensic report to detect the exact causes and circumstances of death.

According to the information, the victim went missing on Monday evening and her body was found at a deserted place on Tuesday morning. There is a lot of resentment among the villagers due to bruises on the body and the situation in which it was found. Some unconfirmed news is also mentioning heinous cruelty like removing some parts of the victim’s body, although the police have not given any official statement on it and asked to wait for the results of forensic investigation.

Superintendent of Police Sameer Saurabh said that a special investigation team (SIT) can be formed in view of the seriousness of the case. The police have started questioning some suspects in custody. Preliminary investigation is not being denied the possibility of gang rape. Police officials say that only after the post -mortem report and the findings of forensic investigation, there will be more clarity in the case and certainly something can be said about the cause of death.

After this incident there is an atmosphere of tension in the area and there is deep resentment in the local tribal community. Various political and social organizations are also strongly condemning the incident and demanding the strict action against the culprits. The police administration has appealed to the people to maintain peace and cooperate in the investigation.
