Madarsa Board Secondary and Senior Secondary level examinations started at various centers in Lucknow. The district administration has issued strict instructions at all the centres:

Live Monitoring: All the examination centers have been linked to the State Control Room located in Lucknow. Every action is being monitored through CCTV cameras equipped with voice recorder.

Zonal and Sector Magistrate: To maintain the sanctity of the examination, flying squads are continuously conducting surprise inspections of the centres.

UP Board 2026: ‘Agnipariksha’ test of examination centers

The team of District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) of Lucknow has almost completed the work of inspection of centers for the UP Board examinations starting in the end of February.

Infrastructure Verification: The number of rooms available in schools, the condition of desks and benches and the strength of boundary walls have been checked.

Audit of cameras: According to the strict standards of UP Board, if CCTV or voice recorder is found defective at any centre, then the recognition of that center may be in jeopardy.

List of sensitive centres: The administration has placed those centers in the ‘sensitive’ and ‘ultra-sensitive’ category where there have been complaints of mass copying in the past. Additional security forces will be deployed there.
