LPG Price Hike Today: Gas cylinder becomes costlier from November 1, check the latest rates of your city before booking.

On the first date of the month i.e. 1st November, petroleum companies have revised the prices of LPG cylinders, giving a shock to the gas consumers. Amid the festive season, oil marketing companies (OMCs) have increased the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders by ₹10 to ₹11.50 per cylinder. However, it is a matter of relief that there has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder used in domestic kitchens and its prices have remained completely stable.

After the new changes implemented from today, the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder in the national capital Delhi has increased from ₹ 2,810 to ₹ 2,820. This cylinder is now available in Mumbai at a price of ₹ 2,764. The price of commercial cylinder has reached ₹ 2,964 per cylinder in Kolkata and ₹ 2,994.50 per cylinder in Chennai after an increase of ₹ 11.50. In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, a 19 kg cylinder will now be available for ₹ 2,942, while in Patna, Bihar it has reached the level of ₹ 3,132.

This time there has been no additional burden on the budget of domestic consumers. In Delhi, 14.2 kg domestic cylinder remains at ₹942 without any change. Its price has been recorded at ₹ 941.50 in Mumbai, ₹ 957.50 in Chennai and ₹ 979.50 per cylinder in Lucknow.

Mumbai ₹2,764 ₹941.50

The 19 kg cylinder is mainly used in hotels, restaurants, dhabas, confectionery shops and wedding catering businesses. The demand for eating out and sweets increases significantly during festivals.
