LPG Price 19 October 2026: New prices of gas cylinders released on 19 October, know the price of 14.2 kg cylinder from Delhi to Lucknow.

There is a relief news for housewives and common consumers who manage the kitchen budget during the festive season. The country’s major government oil marketing companies (OMCs)—Indian Oil (Indane), Bharat Gas and Hindustan Petroleum (HP Gas)—have released the latest rates of 14.2 kg domestic LPG gas cylinder for today i.e. October 19, 2026. Domestic LPG cylinder prices have been maintained stable following continuous review of crude oil and LPG input costs in the international market. Complete details of the price at which LPG is available today from the national capital Delhi to Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow, Kanpur and all the big cities of the country have been revealed.

The prices of gas cylinders vary in metropolitan cities of the country due to differences in local VAT, taxes and freight charges. Today the retail prices of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder in the four major metros are as follows:

In Uttar Pradesh, there is slight variation at the district level in terms of distance from refineries and bottling plants. In the capital Lucknow, a 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder remains stable at ₹979.50. Today’s official rates in major cities of UP are given below:

• Lucknow: ₹979.50

• Kanpur Urban: ₹957.00

• Kanpur Rural: ₹959.50

• Prayagraj: ₹994.50

• Varanasi: ₹1,005.50

• Noida / Greater Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar): ₹939.50

• Ghaziabad: ₹939.50

• Meerut: ₹939.50

• Gorakhpur: ₹1,004.00

• Agra: ₹951.00

• Bareilly: ₹960.00

• Ayodhya/Faizabad: ₹1,004.50

While ordinary domestic consumers have to buy gas cylinders at market price (RSP), direct targeted subsidy is given to poor and needy families registered under the ‘Pradhanmantri Ujjwala Yojana’ of the Central Government.

• A cash subsidy of ₹300 per 14.2 kg cylinder is sent directly to their Aadhaar-linked bank account by the central government to eligible beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

• This simply means that if a typical consumer in Delhi pays ₹942.00, the effective cost for the Ujjwala beneficiary after getting the subsidy back is just Rs. ₹642.00 Stays here.

• Similarly, in Lucknow, after subsidy, this cylinder was given to the beneficiary family against the market price of ₹ 979.50 only. ₹679.50 It is worth Rs. This exemption is available for up to 12 refill cylinders in a financial year.

The prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders (Commercial LPG) used by hotels, restaurants, dhabas and catering businessmen were also updated on the first of the month. Currently, a 19 kg commercial cylinder is being sold at ₹ 2,810.00 in Delhi and ₹ 2,932.50 in Lucknow. No subsidy is payable on this cylinder.

1. Indian Oil official website: You can check the exact price by visiting IOCL’s portal (iocl.com) and selecting your state, district and pincode in the ‘LPG Price’ section.

2. IndianOil ONE or UMANG App: As soon as you login to the mobile app, the latest refill price appears on the screen.

3. WhatsApp and SMS service: By sending ‘REFILL’ or ‘PRICE’ to the authorized WhatsApp number of your respective gas company (Indane, Bharat Gas or HP Gas), you will immediately receive the official price and booking confirmation message.
