Diet and lifestyle play an important role in properly controlling BP.

  • If your blood pressure remains low then increase the amount of sodium in your diet.
  • Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  • Keep the body hydrated. Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day.
  • Include caffeinated things in the diet. This increases BP immediately.
