Madhya Pradesh: A shocking case has come to light from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Here a 13 year old child died due to loud music. This incident happened last Monday. Samar Billaur, a class five student standing near the music system at Durga Chowk, fell unconscious due to loud music during the procession for immersion of Durga idol. Doctors at the two private hospitals where he was taken said the child died due to cardiac arrest caused by the loud noise. However, the postmortem of the child has not been done.
The child's mother told that the child was standing near the music system while taking pictures. Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission on Friday asked the Police Commissioner to investigate the matter and take action against the music system operator. In this case, the police is examining the CCTV footage around the incident site.

Demand for investigation by Human Rights Commission into child's death
Now Madhya Pradesh Human Commission has demanded an investigation into the death of a 13 year old child. Along with this, the Police Commissioner has also taken action against the DJ manager and sought a report within a month. The commission said that the exact cause of the child's death should be investigated and if DJ Loud Music is actually responsible for his death, then strict action should be taken against the manager. In this case, the police is also scanning the CCTVs around the incident site.

Samar's mother Seema said that when DJ was held responsible for my son's death, the manager got angry with us and said that your son is already ill. Whereas in reality it is not so.
