Dehradun, 09 April (HS). This time on the holy festival of Chaitra Navratri, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Morcha has started its Lotus Mehndi campaign under the 400 Paar campaign. During this, Mahila Morcha officials got lotus flowers made on their hands and mehendi was applied. Apart from party officials, local women are also being invited for this program. These programs will be organized across the state till April 17.
Kamal Mehndi campaign was organized at BJP Metropolitan Office on Tuesday. During this, officials and workers of BJP Mahila Morcha participated enthusiastically.
On this occasion, State President of BJP Mahila Morcha, Asha Nautiyal says that the campaign of applying lotus mehendi has started in the entire state and programs are being organized at various places, in which officials and workers are participating. Besides, local women are also being invited. Which also includes Kanya Puja, Kirtan Bhajan. He says that the Hindu new year has started from today.
He said that during Chaitra Navratri, different forms of Goddess Bhagwati are worshipped. In such a situation, BJP Mahila Morcha workers are also organizing programs at various places. This trend will continue till Ram Navami.
President Asha Nautiyal said on a question that confidence is being seen among the common people towards BJP candidates. Once again BJP will score a hat-trick of victory on all the five seats in the state. He said that Prime Minister Modi's second rally in the state is going to be organized in Rishikesh. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the workers regarding the arrival of the Prime Minister.
