Lok Sabha elections: BJP announced names of seven more candidates including UP

BJP has announced the names of its seven more candidates for the Lok Sabha elections, in which apart from one seat in Maharashtra, candidates have been fielded on three seats in Punjab, two in Uttar Pradesh and one in West Bengal. Interestingly, the two seats of UP that have been announced include Deoria and Firozabad. No decision has been taken yet regarding the candidate of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh from Kaiserganj seat of the state. According to the list, ticket has been given to Chhatrapati Udayanraj Bhonsle from Satara seat in Maharashtra, Manjeet Singh Manna Miyavind from Khadur Sahib in Punjab, Anita Som Prakash from Honshiarpur (SC) seat and Parampal Kaur Siddhar (former IAS) from Bathinda. Apart from this, ticket has been given to Shashank Mani Tripathi from Deoria seat of UP and Thakur Vishwadeep Singh from Firozabad. Abhijeet Das (Bobby) has been fielded from the Diamond Harbor seat of West Bengal. Here he will face TMC General Secretary and sitting MP Abhishek Banerjee.
