Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Voting for the third phase of Lok Sabha elections will be held on Tuesday i.e. 7th May. Due to which bank branches will remain closed in many cities. In such a situation, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the bank holiday list. In this list it has been told in which areas bank branches will remain closed.
Banks will remain closed in many cities of many states of the country on May 7. Actually, under the third phase, voting is to be held on this day for a total of 93 seats in 11 states and one union territory. These include Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal besides the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli Daman and Diu.
