Jhansi, March 02 (HS). Bharatiya Janata Party late on Saturday evening released its first list of 195 Lok Sabha candidates for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in various states of the country. In this, BJP has expressed confidence in all the old faces from Bundelkhand of Uttar Pradesh.
BJP has declared its candidates for all four Lok Sabha seats of Bundelkhand in UP along with various states across the country. Expressing confidence in the old faces, the party leadership has once again nominated the country's well-known businessman Anurag Sharma, owner of Baidyanath Group, as its candidate from Jhansi-Lalitpur parliamentary constituency. Whereas, after expressing confidence in Bhanu Pratap Verma, who has been a six-time MP from Garautha-Jalaun parliamentary constituency and the Minister of Micro and Small Industries with an honest image, he has been made the candidate. While RK Singh Patel's candidature has been retained for Banda-Chitrakoot Lok Sabha, the same has once again expressed confidence in Pushpendra Singh Chandel from Hamirpur Lok Sabha constituency and fielded him in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
When MP Anurag Sharma from Jhansi-Lalitpur parliamentary constituency was declared the candidate again, his supporters celebrated by feeding sweets to each other. Metropolitan President Hemant Parihar said that BJP has full faith in its trusted workers. We will win all four Lok Sabha seats of Bundelkhand.
