Former UP Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav filed nomination papers from Kannauj seat on Thursday. He declared his assets in the affidavit submitted. So let us know how much wealth Akhilesh Yadav has.

How much is Akhilesh Yadav's wealth?

The assets of SP President Akhilesh Yadav are around Rs 42 crore. Out of this Rs. Has movable and immovable assets worth Rs 26.66 crore. The remaining property is with wife Dimple Yadav. The former CM has Rs 25 lakh 61 thousand 804 in cash. Whereas wife Dimple has Rs 5.72 lakh cash. The former CM also has movable and immovable property worth crores in his native village Saifai and Lucknow.

Took loan from wife and bank

In the election affidavit, Akhilesh Yadav has told that he has also taken a loan of Rs 54 lakh from his wife Dimple Yadav. Besides, he has also taken a loan of Rs 74 lakh from the bank. Apart from this, his wife has also taken a loan of Rs 25 lakh.

Annual earning is Rs 84 lakh

While filling the nomination form, Akhilesh Yadav has stated in the affidavit that his annual income is Rs 84 lakh 51 thousand while his wife's income is Rs 67.50 lakh. This source of income comes from salaries and allowances of MPs and MLAs and agriculture. Akhilesh does not own a single car or jewellery. Also, there is no case pending against him.

Wife has jewelery worth Rs 59 lakh

Akhilesh has daughters Aditi, Tina and son Arjun. He has done BE in Civil Environment from University of Mysore in the year 1994-95. The national president of SP does not have any jewelery while his wife has gold jewellery, diamond and pearl jewellery. Their price is around Rs 59 lakh 76 thousand 687. Akhilesh Yadav has a mobile phone worth Rs 76 thousand.

It is noteworthy that Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav filed nomination papers from Kannauj Lok Sabha seat on Thursday. Earlier, SP had made former Mainpuri MP Tej Pratap Singh Yadav its candidate from Kannauj Lok Sabha seat. Talking to journalists after filing nomination papers, Akhilesh said that all the SP leaders, workers and general public of Kannauj want him to contest elections from this seat.
