Women belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Minority, Disabled, Backward Caste and Sakhi Mandal can avail the benefit of this scheme.

District Welfare Officer said that by taking advantage of this scheme, citizens will be able to become self-reliant and their standard of living will improve. Only permanent residents of Jharkhand are eligible. To avail the benefits of the scheme, the application has to be submitted along with residence certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, age certificate, bank account details and passport size photograph issued by the zonal office, sub-divisional office. , or appropriate office.
